Confidentiality policy

Our policy regarding confidentialiy is simple: Our top priority is to ensure the confidentiality of our clients.

Voyages Constellation Ltée shall therefore never reveal any personnal information concerning its clients (ie: email adress, names, ages, etc...) unless it is autrhorized by the concerned client, required by a competent tribunal or if specified by an applicable law.

Voyages Constellation however reserve the right to publicise general demographics concerning its cleintele as a whole (e.g. "Our average client buys 1.6 trips per year and is 42 years old.").

*FICAV means le fonds d'indemnisation des clients des agents de voyages (1$/1 000$).

**Departure taxes are now INCLUDED in our prices EXCEPT for Sunwing airlines flights out of Honduras, the Dominican Republic and Panama, as well as FOR ALL AIRLINES out of Costa-Rica.
